Glenn White made the decision to enter the world of real estate in 2013. After having worked several seasons in the construction industry while studying marketing and communications, I realized that the corporate business world was not for me. A fascination with architecture and a love for personal interaction led me into real estate sales where these interests could be realized into a rewarding career. I was able to develop knowledge of the market over a broad area while working at brokerages in North Toronto, Hamilton and now the Mississauga and Oakville area. I use this knowledge to excel in relocation, renovations and investment and have experience in commercial real estate as well. I've developed a keen eye for workmanship quality and can help my clients make the best decision when purchasing a home to make sure that they are not taking on some else's problem, and can help my seller clients find the fastest, most economical solution to any issues their property might have so we can maximize the return when it is sold. No surprises when it's time for the home inspection! I joined the Mourad Hanna Team in 2016 after completing a transaction with Mourad. We had several very pleasant conversations on the phone while negotiating the details and when he approached me to join his team I could see that Mourad was someone I could learn from. I've been able to improve myself as an agent while watching the strong relationships he has built with his clientele over the years and I strive to do the same with my own clients. Mayar joined Mourad after many years of marketing in both the real estate and telecommunication industries. Using her Masters degree in Business Administration, with two specializations in International Business and Marketing, opened many opportunities for her in the marketing field. Mayar uses her knowledge to benefit clients by effectively carrying out marketing campaigns for houses resulting in high dollar sales for her sellers. Mayar and Mourad's personal investment in real estate allows them to gain their clients' trust when providing real estate advice. Mayar's positive attitude and enthusiasm helps many first time buyers reach their goals with the least amount of stress and gives opportunities for repeat clients to find positive return on investments in many real estate options.
